May 2009 be a progressive and successful year for us all!

Team SLAM! starts off the new year with the introduction of our sister organisation, SLAM! In The Community (S.I.T.C.). S.I.T.C. is our childrens charity, which aims to provide basketball related capacity building events, activities and public services to young people at-risk of social exclusion in and around the Wolverhampton area.

S.I.T.C. will seek to create greater community cohesion by bringing together, training and empowering targeted young people, from culturally and socially diverse backgrounds (i.e. Black Minority Ethnicities (BMEs), Special Needs and Low Income Households).
